HELPFUL TIPS ON CHILD DISCIPLINING

HELPFUL TIPS ON CHILD DISCIPLINING
There are various methods to control aggressive children behavior. While traditional child disciplining like spanking is now considered ineffective and may even be considered child abuse, the application of behavior modification techniques are now being advocated as a gentler and efficient way of managing these so-called behavior problems. One simple way to discipline a child is by using the principle of action and consequence. When a child receives positive reinforcement for a particular action, he/she will repeat the action. When it results to punishment, the child will eventually learn not repeat it. So make sure that you praise a child or reward him by buying him or her her favorite candy if she or he does something good. This is very important so the child will remember the good deed and will not repeat what is wrong deed. The key to keeping behavior problems under control is for parents to learn to be more attentive to their childs moods and attitudes and learn how to respond accordingly to both good and bad actions in a clear-cut manner. A child with problems in behavior does not automatically make him a bad child; almost always, your time, understanding and love are more than enough to get the family through these rough patches. poetry
